Paris was rumored to be asking for as much as $100K from promoters for her to make an appearance at various clubs around Cannes. One event producer laughed, “They aren’t about to pay her. It’s not 2002.” So, Paris stuck her tongue out in defiance. That’s the only explanation for this, right? ‘Cuz no way is she trying to kiss Doug Reinhardt with that mouth.
