Kelly Rutherford, who plays Lily van der Woodsen-Bass-Humphrey on Gossip Girl, is in the middle of a battle so dramatic, it totes rivals the whole Gabriel running away with Dan’s college tuition money plotline this season. Seems that Kelly sent a private eye to watch over her estranged husband Daniel while he cared for their toddler son, Hermes, as part of a plan for Kelly to expose Daniel’s lack of parenting skills – but all this private eye came up with was that Daniel left the swimming pool in his backyard uncovered. Um, hello? Kelly should have OBVS sent Gossip Girl to report back from the scene. She def would have uncovered MUCH juicier secrets than uncovered pools…like uncovered MYSTERIES AND LIES.
