One of the fitness trainers was wearing some different looking, but really cool shoes as she danced around the place working with her clients. These were not your typical, run of the mill cross trainers or basic tennis shoes. No, these were definitely something out of the ordinary and specialized.

I worked up some courage and approached her in between sets on the bench press machine to find out what this interesting footwear was all about.
